| Can I get some samples or is a small order accepted? |

Yes. Most of the items are in stock and samples orders are available, you are asked to pay for them including the shipping cost. |

If you have DHL service number, the freight will be collected.

| What are the delivery methods and delivery time? |
|
1) For orders less than USD5000:
By DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT or air cargo: it takes about 4 to 5 days for the delivery to European countries and USA.
2) For orders over USD5000:
By air cargo or DHL or other courier, it takes about one week.

For weight less than 20kgs,
The first 0.5kgs cost: USD18.5/kgs
The continuous per 0.5kgs cost: USD5.9/kgs

| What's the size of the lingerie? |

Usually they are one size for all, however we can customize according to your size requirement, the minimum is 50 PCS per color for each size each model. |

| Is OEM order accepted? |
|
Yes.
1) S&M, PVC/Leather lingerie:
It takes 1~2 weeks to work out the first samples and they will be delivered to you for confirmation.
2) Fetish wear, underwear, and other lingerie:
Same as above
3) Sex toys: 2~3 weeks to make the mould and the first samples. |

| Is your quotation still negotiable? |
|
Yes. You will get certain discount for bulk order. It depends on the quantity and varies from 3% to 5%. |

| Can I have my own logo or company info printed on the packaging? |
|
Yes, but the minimum order quantity for one box is 3000PCS. The cost of color box to be added to the quotation after order confirmation. |
